"This letter is meant to demonstrate the gratitude I have for the services you have provided me over the last few years. Unfortunately, it will fall short as there are no words to describe the amount of time, frustration and worry North Rim Ventures has mitigated for me.
Upon contacting Jason I was provided with information I needed to ready my home for rental status. He guided the process around my schedule advising me on the best timing in order to make the transition as seamless as possible. North Rim Ventures acted so quickly that I felt like I was their only client. Within two days there was a sign in the yard (with flyers), an advertisement in the newspaper and a lock-box on the door. Four days later there were several potential renters.
North Rim Ventures met with and screened the lead applicant including running a credit check. Jason checked with me on any negotiations the renters had, advised me through the decisions and had a signed lease within two weeks of the property being for rent. My total time put into the entire process was less than 30 minutes and I got a check in the mail for the first month's rent minus North Rim Ventures' very fair share. Since the renters have been there Jason has been in contact with the renters to get any of their questions or problems taken care of. I haven't even had to drive by the property, let alone devote any time to it.
Like many potential “landlords” I had been told stories of nightmares by others who had tried to rent their homes. It was this overall sentiment that sent me to North Rim Ventures. Now my home is actively rented and I have no data with which to commiserate with those who have struggled with renting property.
